Vieille is a webshop providing you with a range of carefully curated pieces. We wish to slow down the fashion industry and stop overproduction and over consuming habits. Please pay attention to 'Legal notice' at check out, before purchasing. In this way we will avoid returns as much as possible.
When shopping from our vintage selection, please have in mind that these styles are preloved, and can have signs of wear. Each piece are carefully selected with a love for shape and quality, and have undergone a quality check. Since the pieces are vintage, you cannot expect them to be as new. Visible flaws will be described in the product description.
Materials some vintage products are made by hand and have no wash care label. We will inform you of the material of the style, if we're certain of it.
Sizes, please note that you cannot expect the sizes shown in the labels of the garment to be accurate as it's different from country to country. We advise you to follow the size in the product description and not in the label.
Defects & Claims
All sales are covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced
We wish to help you in all cases, but please note that we do not cover shipping fees in cases of complaint
All shipments in Denmark are delivered by Postnord or DAO.
Regular shipping service is 2-3 business days.
All shipments outside of Denmark are delivered by UPS or Postnord and sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package can not be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to avoid local taxes and duties
Regular service outside of Denmark is app. 3-7 business days.
Shipping prices is different from country to country. Your exact shipment price will be shown at check-out when you place your order. If you have any problems figuring out your shipment costs you are more than welcome to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the style was not the right for you, we gladly accept returns within 14 days.
In order to return your order you must contact us my mail at email@example.com no later than 14 days after the date of receipt. We will provide you with a return formular that you will have to print, fill out and include when returning your order.
We do not cover shipping expenses for returns.
We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. In case of a bank transfer please remember to submit the registration number and account number. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent and in case that tracking will be necessary.
We do not cover the expenses of returns.
